Complex fluids are a class of materials with specific properties that give them innumerable applications in the industry. They are retrieved in quite a variety of sectors, such as the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and so on. To understand the mechanisms involved in the flow of complex fluids we focus on the relationship between the contarinte applied fluid to its deformation. The understanding of the structure-rheology link requires a numerical and exsperimental simulation of this type of fluid.

السوائل المعقدة هي فئة من المواد ذات خصائص محددة تمنحها تطبيقات لا حصر لها في هذه الصناعة. يتم استردادها في مجموعة متنوعة من القطاعات ، مثل صناعة المواد الغذائية ، وصناعة الأدوية ، وهلم جرا. لفهم الآليات التي ينطوي عليها تدفق السوائل المعقدة ، فإننا نركز على العلاقة بين السائل المحتوي المطبق على كونتينينت وتشوهه ، ويتطلب فهم ارتباط الريولوجيا الهيكلية محاكاة عددية وتجريبية لهذا النوع من السوائل.

Les fluides complexes constituent une classe des matériaux aux propriétés spécifiques qui leurs confèrent d'innobrables applications dans l'industrie. On les retrovent dans les secteurs assez variés, que l'agro-alimentaire, l'industrie pharmaceutiques, etc. Pour comprendre les mécanismes impliqués dans l'écoulement des fluides complexes on s'interesser à la relationqui lie la contarinte applquée au fluide à sa déformation.La comprhension du lien structure-rheologie nécessite une simulation numerique et exppérimentale de ce type de fluide.
